ACE Scholarships

ACE Scholarships is a non-profit organization that awards financial need scholarships to students attending private schools in a number of states including Kansas. Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, they have accepted St. Mary’s Academy as a partner school. They support families by helping them choose private education through scholarships based on the family's income. Their income guidelines are generous and many SMA families may qualify.

You can apply for ACE Scholarships now through 4/15/2025. Families that apply for ACE scholarships can also still apply for our St. Mary’s Academy financial aid awards (open 3/1/2025 through 4/30/2025) and can also apply for matching grants for Learning Quest 529 contributions.

To apply for an ACE Scholarship, you must use this particular ACE link. That page displays the ACE Scholarship-Financial Guidelines. ACE uses FACTS Grant & Aid for applications, so once you go to that link, you will see a prompt with the FACTS logo asking “Have an account? Sign in now.” Use this “Sign In” button only if you already have a FACTS Grant & Aid login. You should have a FACTS Grant & Aid login if you have ever applied for financial aid from the St. Mary’s Academy Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre Scholarship Fund. Do not use your FACTS Family Portal login. If you only have a FACTS Family Portal login (used by all families for enrolling students, checking grades and paying tuition), you have to use the “Create an account” button to create a separate FACTS Grand & Aid login.

More Details and Help in Applying

  • Applications must be complete and submitted with all required taxable and nontaxable documentation (new students) by the deadline to be considered for an award. We only accept applications submitted via FACTS and are only able to review complete applications. Applicants may begin the application, save, and log back in later to upload their income documentation prior to the 11:59 p.m. deadline on April 15th.
