Parent Portal

Returning student enrollment is now open. Log into your FACTS Family Portal to complete and submit your re-enrollment. Fees are waived through April 29.

The deadline for submitting new student applications is Sunday, June 30 at 11:59 pm.

Returning Students

Returning students do not need to submit a new application, only a new enrollment into their next grade level. To do this, log into your FACTS Family Portal (District Code is sm-ks) and click on Apply / Enroll, then Enrollment / Reenrollment, and finally Click here to open Enrollment. You will see your children currently enrolled in the Academy and be able to complete their enrollments for next year.

New Students

For new students of Academy families (families that already have a student attending the Academy), log into your FACTS Family Portal (District Code is sm-ks) and click on Apply / Enroll, then Application, and finally Click here to open Application. This will lead to a page in which you can create a new student application.

For new students of non-Academy families (families that do not already have a student attending the Academy), first create a new application account and then log into that account to submit an application.
