Transcripts

Transcripts of classes taken at St. Mary's Academy may be requested from the Academy Registrar.

Official Transcripts

Official Transcripts include the seal and stamp of the Academy with the date and signature of Academy Registrar. They are meant to be sent directly to another institution, such as a college or university. They may be requested by any current or former high school student. They incur a $15.00 fee for processing.

Order an official Academy Transcript online

Official transcripts sent to St. Mary's College do not incur a fee and can be requested by emailing the Academy Registrar.

Instead of submitting this request online, you may complete the PDF Transcript Request Form and return it to the Academy Registrar with the required fee.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts do not include the seal, stamp, date, and signature. They are meant only for personal use and are free. They can be ordered by emailing the Academy Registrar.
