Information for Parents
Welcome Parents!
New student applications for 2025-2026 were open March 15 through May 25, and are now closed.
All enrollments both for new and returning students must be completed by June 15.
New Students
Parents must submit an online application for each of their new students through the FACTS Student Information System, whether you have students currently enrolled in the Academy or not. The application fee waiver period was from March 1 through March 15, so applications will be charged a fee now. Returning students do not need to submit an application. See below for returning students.
To submit a new student application:
- For a new Academy family (one with no students enrolled in the Academy for the last two years), the first step is to create a FACTS Application Account. This account will provide a secure login in which to create and submit one or more student applications. After creating your account, click on the Application link (in the top navigation of that page) to login and submit student applications.
- For a current Academy family (one with students enrolled in the Academy now), you don't need to create an application account. Instead, login to your FACTS account, and you will see a button near the bottom that says "Create a New Student Application". Click that button to start a new application.
- Review the 2025-2026 tuition rates and adjustments.
- Application fees do apply after an initial waiver period; however, new students are not charged enrollment fees.
Please note the following:
- Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by September 1 of the year of enrollment. Kindergarten is recommended but not required; a student may skip kindergarten and go directly into 1st grade.
- Placement exams are required for all new 1st - 5th grade students to ascertain if the student is academically prepared for the grade they wish to enroll into. These tests are given in the late Spring and Summer before the new school year begins. Kindergarten students do not take placement exams. New 6th - 12th grade students need their academic records sent to SMA instead of a placement test.
- Information on active IEPs must be sent to SMA.
- All students, whether Catholic or not, are expected to submit to the full curriculum as offered: They must attend all religion classes and participate in all activities, especially the weekly student Mass. They must be of the Christian faith and be baptized.
- If you are a new family moving to St. Marys and will be attending the Immaculata Church, please register online as a new Parish family or instead go to the Parish office (located in the back of the church building) and fill out the paper registration form.
Returning Students
Returning students do not need to submit an application as they are already accepted into the Academy. At the end of the academic year, it will be judged by the school principals if they are to be promoted to the next grade, retained in grade, or separated from the Academy. This information will be given to parents as soon as final grades become available.
Returning students do need to complete their enrollments into the next grade. Fees will apply after an initial fee waiver period.
