Selecting a Tuition Payment Plan

When completing the FACTS online enrollment forms, parents must select a tuition payment plan that may incur a payment plan enrollment fee. This is a fee charged by FACTS, and despite the name "enrollment fee'", this is a fee for establishing a payment plan with FACTS not an enrollment fee.

Payment plan options and their associated FACTS-imposed fees are below. These fees below are distinct from any application and enrollment fees that SMAC may charge. One of the following will apply:

• A payment plan enrollment fee of $25 is paid by SMA to FACTS on your behalf if the tuition payment is made in full for all students in the family in August by means of ACH bank draft.
• A payment plan enrollment fee of $25 is paid by the family to FACTS (one fee per family only) if tuition payment is made in full in August by means of check or if two payments are made, one in August and one in January, by check or ACH bank draft.
• A payment plan enrollment fee of $55 is paid by the family to FACTS (one fee per family only) if a tuition payment plan of three or more payments is selected, which would be the monthly, semimonthly, bi-weekly, or weekly tuition payment plans.

All SMAC application and enrollment fees are waived through Feb. 28, but the FACTS-imposed payment plan enrollment fee is not.
